We stayed here for 2 days. We had an amazing stay here. The view from the hotelroom is incredible. You can look over the mountains. Also the people from the hostel are super super friendly and are always willing to help you with anything. When we arrived in the rain the staff run out the door with an umberella. We also liked the pool. There is a lot of sun there but if you want you can also stay in the shade. For the rest, the hotel is near by everything so that's great aswell. When we go back to Laos we will definetly stay here again.

The beds are soft, the rooms are spacious, fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, hot water... everything works well. The staff here are extremely friendly and professional, always greeting warmly and ready to assist at any time. From check-in to tour advice or calling a car, everything was handled quickly, making me feel very secure and satisfied throughout my stay.

Nice location in the city but not on the main road so still quiet. Staff was amazing, best we've had during out holiday. Helped us out with booking tours, renting scooters, transport to next city. Possible to store luggage after check out.
