From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm smile and a sincere welcome, and this feeling stayed with us throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the night market. The hotel staff speaks great Laos and English speciel Tee Super helpfull and friendly . The room is large, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the air conditioner is quiet and cool, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a rich breakfast. You can go to the front desk to go sightseeing or change money and call a taxi, which is very convenient. Thank you very much for your service . Highly recommend

Lacasa was perfect for our short stay in Vang Vieng. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed, good air conditioning, and all the amenities we needed. They also offer scooter hire and laundry service at very good prices. The breakfast was amazing, and a huge shout-out to Tomy, who was incredibly helpful with arranging activities and transport during our stay. We 100% recommend!

It was a nice central place within walking distance to a few of the main sites in town. There is shopping all around if that is your things. I was only here a day but the hotel staff helped to book my pick up, a daily tour, and return to the airport by minivan from Vang Vieng. My room was spacious and clean with stunning mountain view from windows. Breakfast was good enough for myself with varieties of fruits and drinks. I really enjoyed my time there because they offered what I wanted to do in Vang Vieng. Will return and highly recommend

From the incredible views as you first walk in to the very welcoming, smiling friendly staff everything thing about this resort is first class. The huge clean pool was amazing. The pool staff were very accommodating frim bringing me a bottle of water to moving my chair into the shade and also bringing over fresh towels and collecting the used ones. The restaurant staff remembered what coffee we drank and on our second morng brought over coffees without us asking. Front desk staff were always helpful and amazing to deal with. Free shuttle bus to and from town was excellent service. Restaurant food was perfect.
