Staffs are friendly, good service, interiors are beautiful, I love the space, I also love the bathroom space..wide ,clean and romantically designed. Exquisite! My husband and I had a great time in this hotel. Foods served was great! Pool area is good as well..the staff entertain us well. Served good food. I highly recommend this hotel. Located is perfect. It's walkable to night market, massage spa , restaurant, coffee shops, mekong river and live bands. :) My hubby and I are gonna go back here in the future. 😍

Amazing new hotel. Enormous room. The best shower I ever had - a simple mechanism for controlling three parts of the shower. The most effective and quietest aircon in any hotel in the world. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Four bottles of water given and not the usual two. Great views. Rooftop bar nice.

Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! Wonderful area to explore, many Temples, Patuxay Victory Monument is not far away and great at sunset to early evening when water fountain puts on a great light show. Riverfront night markets fun park plenty of choices for food.
