The view was splendid, the room was in great shape, well designed and decorated. The access to the sandy beach for walks was brilliant. The staff were really friendly, helpful and respectful. Great location, easy access to all amenities . Very clean, beautifully decorated hôtel. Nice grounds in and out. Comfortable room with great view of the sea. Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.

Matar residence is one of the greatest hotels I stayed at. All the staff are nice people and helpful. MR Michael is an amazing owner who is very professional and supportive.
