The food was very nice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We were due to get the ferry but it was cancelled for two days and the reception staff were able to accommodate us.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. The room was extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, which made my stay even better. I had only two very small issues during my stay, but the staff handled them beautifully. They responded quickly, were always available to answer my messages, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The location was quiet and convenient, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We also used their taxi guy and the gentleman was fantastic as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place is great, all the rooms are quite ample with great space and design: living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Fully equipped with all that is needed. Location was perfect for my business and the price is very convenient so you can rent a car (also they offer this service) which is super great thing to have to move to different parts and tourist around the island. Host are super responsive and nice people, they are very professional and all flows perfectly. I can totally recommend this place and the combo apartment with car, I will not hesitate to be back here next time in Saint Lucia.

WOW! My favourite place I’ve stayed in the Caribbean so far was such a beautiful place felt like my own princess tower! The view is to die for and I had everything I needed to be comfortable - washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, my own bathroom, my own balcony, good TV etc. There were also some nice extra treats like 2 piton beers and some sweets in the fridge waiting for me was a nice surprise. Nia the host is such a delight!! She was so lovely to chat to and was very attentive. She helped me get groceries as I was injured and couldn’t walk too far, put me in contact with a local taxi guide if I wanted to to do tours around the island and we got to go to the Gros Islet Friday night party together. Such good hospitality I felt very well cared for whilst still having my own space. I was only a short 20 minute drive from the Ferry which Nia helped me find a taxi to take me there early in the morning. Be careful you may fall in love with Mister one of Nias adorable dogs (there is a little door on the outdoor stairs to the room if you prefer not to engage with dogs too - very considerate) Thank you again to Nia!

The place is great, all the rooms are quite ample with great space and design: living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Fully equipped with all that is needed. Location was perfect for my business and the price is very convenient so you can rent a car (also they offer this service) which is super great thing to have to move to different parts and tourist around the island. Host are super responsive and nice people, they are very professional and all flows perfectly. I can totally recommend this place and the combo apartment with car, I will not hesitate to be back here next time in Saint Lucia.

WOW! My favourite place I’ve stayed in the Caribbean so far was such a beautiful place felt like my own princess tower! Great restaurants both local and European menus. Keebees is a great place to eat in Gros Islet and attending the Friday night Street Party and sample some of the cuisines on sale - one of my favourite meals is the lambie or fresh fish. Bay Gardens- Excellent hotel and very helpful staff and what an amazing Manager Ms Gustave is. She is very attentive with the clients of the hotel and nothing is too much to ask of her and her staff. I love returning to Bay Gardens Hotel because every time I return the experience is a step above my previous stay there. A hotel I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit St Lucia. The hotel is centrally located and the additional amenities at the hotel is excellent too. Also great entertainment.

We loved Pigeon Island, the beach, the little boat doing rum punches, and the cafe bars. The catamaran day was my highlight. It was good to see more of the island and the view of the Pitons was well worth it. We thought the trip was good value, it included taxi pick up and drop off, lunch, drinks, bus transfers and the activities, we did the mud baths and waterfall. We went to the Friday night street party, it was interesting but not particularly up our street,(pun might be intended) it was busy and for me in particular was worried about potential insect bites. The one thing I would make travellers aware of would be the state of the roads, lots of potholes, drainage ditches at the side of the roads and a lack of signage. We were glad we didn’t hire a car and used one particular taxi driver.

Right by the beach with excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Some shops for holiday shopping and a good supermarket if you are self catering. Everything you want for a holiday in the sun.

Excellent location if you want to be able to visit...

Excellent location if you want to be able to visit restaurants and shopping and the beach is excellent - it is far from the international airport (but close to the regional airport) and most tourist sites, but if you want more than just to stay at your hotel - go for Gros Islet! Easy enough to organise trips to the mud baths, etc

We visited Pigeon Island, went to the National Park and did...

We visited Pigeon Island, went to the National Park and did the trail walk! Fun and informative. Also did a Rainforest Aerial Tram Tour, through our Resort and that was worth the trip. Getting a taxi to take us around is very easy, but we did not venture out too much after our two outings. Felt very safe and people were more than happy to assist in any way that they could. Our resort was all inclusive, so we were treated to a variety of foods there.

Breakfast was provided with a variety of options which varied from day to day. The pool may be a bit small but there is ample space to sunbathe on the pool chairs provided or you have access to free transfers over to Reduit Beach via Bay Gardens Beach Resort which is great. The hotel is just on the roadside which is a corner's walk from many duty free shopping and restaurants in Rodney Bay.

Ideal for quiet, relaxing holiday. Best of both worlds as you could use facilities at other Bay Gardens hotels but enjoy the peace of the inn. Lovely room, very comfortable bed; we both slept really well. Staff generally were very helpful and friendly. Helena in the restaurant was our “star”. I would recommend this hotel.

Close to the beach, good room. Really good with the shuttle between the hotels in the same chain which also means you can go to the mall.
