Super friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. We asked if the room could be made a bit darker, and they sorted it without any hassle. The pool is great. We used it every day. The co-working area is solid too. Fast WiFi, plenty of space, and a good setup to get work done. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The best resort in south Sri Lanka!! It was a pleasure to stay in this resort, the facilities are amazing, and brand new. The staff are incredibly polite with very good English speaking. They made the check-in process very nice & smooth and helped recommend places to see and visit on the South Coast. My room was also very comfortable, considering most places I've stayed in Sri Lanka the bed tends to be a little harder, but the rooms in Terra Resort had the comfiest bed & pillows. The location is also a short 5ish min walk to the main beach of Kabalana which makes it really easy to get around. The reception also has tuktuk call services too, that come to pick you up from the resort if you want to get into town or go surfing. I highly recommend this place if it's your first time in Sri Lanka, Or if you looking for an earthy boutique-style place to stay, it made my journey to this country all the sweeter.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Kasun and his great team really made it special. From beginning to the end everything was taken well care of and in perfect order. The food is delicious! We had dinner both nights and it was perfect. The breakfast is stunning and served in the most scenic location. The room is airy, pretty designed and the bed is comfy. It feels like a vip experience with only 4 rooms and the pool is breathtaking too. We hope to come back another time! 😍

Very clean , smells very good. The breakfast was really nice we received a lotttt of good food! The staff is also sooo kind ready to help. We asked if we could still use the pool and a shower after our check-out and they accepted without problem. I totally recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Uyana. The interior of the room was perfect for our needs, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The area was wonderfully quiet, which added to the overall experience. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff. Andy welcomed us with exceptional hospitality, and Janaka, the manager, along with his team, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Janaka is a true example of Sri Lankan hospitality at its finest.

The location is great. Can easily walk to all the great bars/cafes/restaurants in Ahangama. It’s not exactly beachfront as there’s another hotel in front. However, the service was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was great. The bathroom was lovely.

We had an amazing time in Ahangama thanks to our lovely host Kamal and his very kind family that were extremely helpful and accommodating. Kamal would help us with everything we needed I.e. transport, laundry, travel tips and even my laptop repair. He always made sure we were happy and safe. He also prepared an exceptional breakfast with a lot of choices every day :) The accommodation is in good location very close to Kabalana beach. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates a real family feel quality time in Sri Lanka :) We would be very happy to come back :)
