Very nice and relaxed place managed by equally nice and warm people. The manager of Thambu Illam, Mathu ensured that all our requirements met precisely and Sudha ensured that our stay at the property was comfortable. Both gentlemen said call their personal phone numbers anytime if we need any assistance. The team was very friendly with our children and the kids did not want to leave.

There is also a private swimming pool and backyard. The whole accommodation is five star european standard clean! Janakan, Mehkala and Ramesh took great care of us, we felt better than at home. Usually, it's really hard to find a good place to stay in Jaffna, Either it's cheap and has some shortcomings or it has to be a 5-star hotel. But Jaffna Inn is in a perfect location. You are in walking distance from everything you need. And it's relatively cheaper. The staff was friendly & helpful, It was clean & comfortable. It had everything I was looking for.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and very flexible. They tried to accommodate all my requirements. I checked in very early because my bus arrived at Jaffna at 6 am and they allowed me to check in immediately. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The Wi-Fi speeds were good. The location is 5 mins walk from Jaffna town, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel has space available for limited number of vehicle parking as well. They have a backup generator on standby, which is a bit loud for me as my room was close to it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was helping me out whenever needed. They provided an excellent laundry service, too. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for me: close to the railway station, the temple and the beach.
