From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment of luxury and warmth. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with attention to detail in every corner. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the world-class service from the staff. Every team member we encountered was super polite and helpful, but two individuals truly went above and beyond: Mr. Roshan and Ms. Kaveesha. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were evident in every interaction. They provided top-class customer service, anticipating our needs and ensuring every aspect of our visit was perfect. Ms. Kaveesha Gayathree's cheerful and kindful nature was a delight, and Mr. Roshan Hettiarachchi's courteous and efficient service was remarkable. Super Kindful they were! We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much, and a large part of that is thanks to them. The bottom line is that The Golden Crown is a gem—a super beautiful place powered by a team that treats guests like family. you get much more than you expect in this accommodation! Amazing breakfast, big pool with beautiful view, room with air conditioning and mosquito net. You will get the greatest love from the staff, we have never experienced such an attitude anywhere else. They are happy to help you with everything and always have a smile on their face. If we were to stay again near Kandy, I would never choose any other accommodation than Kandy Bird Villas. The main thanks go to the nice young man Vihan Thenuka, who made our stay very pleasant! ❤️

Incredibly spacious rooms, we were given connecting family rooms with a fully stocked kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Satsare (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly). Rooftop pool with great views, delicious breakfast and dinner (accommodating even a one-year old). Clean, strong a/c and no mosquitoes. Large bathroom with hot water, shower and separate tub.
