This was honestly the best place I have ever stayed. I travel a lot so that's saying something. Everything was 10 out of 10. The family is truly caring, and I felt so welcome and taken care of. I actually canceled my other reservation so I could stay here and an extra few days. The food, the room, and the service were the best I received in Sri Lanka - or anywhere. Such a hidden gem.

The building is exceptionally beautiful! We had the luck to be upgraded to a room with garden view. The whole team was super kind and supportive. The chef prepares very delicious food, both for breakfast and for dinner, in case you chose to visit the connected beachclub across the road in the evening. Thank you for the hospitality!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and very well equipped. The personnel Nishanthi and her family (mother and her husband) were so warm and friendly. The first day at check in Nishanthi offered a fresh juice made of passion fruits from her garden. She recommended us to go kayaking which we did, it was beautiful we saw many varans, bats, birds, and beautiful nature. At check out her husband cut a fresh coconut for us and took us for free to the train station. We highly recommend this place. everything was great.

An amazing stay with the best home made breakfast, great pool area and amazing outdoor bathroom! One of our personal highlights was the outdoor shower where monkeys swing in the trees above you - so special! We also recommend the river cruise and massage. Finally the staff can't do enough for you, including running you to Galle centre and back in their tuk tuk when you need! Thanks for a great stay - we can't wait to come back, it really was wonderful.
