Incredible nice hotel. The best in Sri Lanka we had till now. Nice architecture, beautiful room and bathroom and perfect beds. Very nice breakfast and the location very close to all the highlights. Definitely recommended!

The location is safe, and very calm. This is a little piece of paradise in the middle of Dambulla, very well located and near to the Golden temple. The owner is soooo nice, his family is lovely, her wife is a real chef: we had breakfasts and dinner and everything was delicious. Rooms are spacious, with balcony and A/C. Nice rooftop also. We recommend 10000%

I was there for 3 nights, it was thoroughly impressed! The property beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could need. I had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning, making me feel right at home. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It had strong water pressure with hot water, and great air-con. It says ‘Eric~South Korea’ I guess because I’m here now. I’m from California and I’ve traveled 126 countries. I was very sick when I arrived at the hotel. I slept long time. When I woke up, I came out and the first thing they did was offer to bring breakfast at 11:30am on several plates. That never happened to me in Cal., any other state in my country, and no other time in these other countries, except this place. When was the last time you were offered the complimentary breakfast at 11:30am?!
