This was the highlight of our holiday. Don't hesitate, just book it and you won't regret it. Staff were extremely kind, caring, helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Luxurious touch in service and surrounding garden and restaurant area. Food was excellent, try their Sri Lankan menu! Also the view was amazing. This was the best place we stayed in during our three week trip. We have already recommended Chill Ville to our friends. We will be back.

The accommodation was in a fairy-tale location, even more beautiful than the pictures in the advertisement. The view alone is worth much more money, making the accommodation extremely good deal just for this reason. The host was not intrusive at all but ensured that we had no worries. He took us around the city with a tuk-tuk completely free of charge, and the breakfast was perfect and plentiful, spiced up with the view.

The host was an absolute delight and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was more than willing to assist with absolutely everything. All of his recommendations for activities, transport options and places to eat were perfect. The rooms were a great size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and more importantly absolutely delicious. If my family and I are ever back in Ella we will 100% be staying at Moon Rock.

Fantastic host & clean, beautiful facilities! Exactly as pictured, can hear the waterfall from your bed & can see it from the room’s terrace. Breakfast brought to the room daily was delicious & our host was amazing with drawing us maps to the hiking points and organising scooters or Tuk Tuks for us! Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and clean. Each room has an amazing view of the greenery. Very kind and helpful staff. They really take care of their guests. I stayed there with a friend and we felt well looked after. The staff help with arranging transport to the places you want to visit. You can definitely relax at this property.
