The Wild Culture Yala was probably the best accommodation we had during our three weeks trip in Sri Lanka. Absolutely luxurious for a reasonable rate. The staff, especially Suresh and Dushan, was extraordinarily good. They read our every wish from our eyes and respected our privacy at the same time. Thumbs up!!

Everything. The host was great. He helped us arrange the transport from Ella with a very fair price. We did the safari with them, it was great, nice price, amazing breakfast-box. Lunch with them was amazing too,dinner is home made rice and curry tasty. and he dropped us in the mirissa. great taxy service.Room was big, clean, very confortable and with everything we needed it. I normally don't say this, but there was nothing that could be improved. Just perfect. The best place to be happy in the environment.being in a place like this is a great achievement .Best host in our whole Sri Lanka trip i highly recommend village mango resort .

I love the hospitality of the hosts. They are really friendly and are very willing to provide me information on the bus timings to and from Tissa. The homestay also has a lovely view of the rice fields from the balcony on the second floor.

Great service, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They picked us up at the bus station for free when it was heavy raining. They showed us crocodiles, birds, fruit bats and buffalos around the area again for free. So, when you need to go somewhere they will get you there. We also played carrom with the staff. We loved absolutely everything! We stayed only one night, but the place was so lovely that we would loved to stay more!! We had booked a safari, so we had to wake up 4am , and our host already had made breakfast for us to take with on Safari ride! He packed everything like your mom would, and that was such a nice surprise! The evening we arrived he offered two bikes for us to take a ride to a local restaurant and that also was just an amazing experience to ride a bike throught rice paddies and next to a huge like down to local streets! You wont regret staying here cause they really have a good service policy! BTW , this stay has a hot water!! Thats a huge pluss in Sri Lanka !
