Wery good location. Rooms are clean and comfy. Amazing view from terrace to the rice fields. Owners are very positive, welcoming and service oriented. Good comunication and clear instrucitions in all. We ordered safari through appartment owners and it was a perfect service - on time, good car and good driver. Price corresponds to the market price. There is possibility to order a lunch and dinner - my advice - use this offer, as it was delicios and for reasonable price. The property is a lot bigger than I realised, (the actually grounds themself). The gardens and design is very beautiful and the beach is one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches I’ve ever seen! We stayed in the private villa and it was as described, it is a standard villa but clean and comfortable for our one night stay before the yala safari. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful too. We had lunch, breakfast and dinner here across the two days and it was very good! Just be aware if you stay here there isn’t anything close within walking distance, but we knew this and it was fine as we were only staying the night, but I’m sure getting transport would be no problem! Thanks for a great stay!

Oneof the most beautiful experiences in Sri lanka was directly in this accommodation, an incredible villa with a pool, a large room, cleanliness and comfort. we felt at home in the villa. Best place to stay when you go to Bundala! The cottages are super beautiful and the location is insane. It’s right by the lake where you can see so much wildlife. Chami and his wife are so incredibly friendly, they made our stay unforgettable. Also highly recommend doing a safari with Chami - he’s so knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife.
