Nice place surrounded by beautiful paddy filled, adjacent...
Nice place surrounded by beautiful paddy filled, adjacent river was another level experience since it was a perfect place to chill out after incredible tour of elephants and birds watching.
We got easy access to one of the Yala gates.
Thank for the Sri Lankan authentic breakfast, even host didn't charge for that.
All good, highly recommended

Buttala is a beautiful little city close to the northern...
Buttala is a beautiful little city close to the northern part of Yala National Park. If you pass by (maybe on your way to/from the east coast), stop here and enjoy a couple of nights in the local homestays (we can fully recommend Yala Avian Eye Safari!!). Safaris from here are calm and you can enjoy the northern part without hundreds of other jeeps.
