I had a wonderful stay at this private luxury cottage near Galle. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage was exceptionally clean, with comfortable linens and all the necessary amenities, including tea, coffee, hot water, and toiletries—all provided free of charge. The complimentary WiFi covered the entire cottage, ensuring a seamless connection. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, served in a peaceful setting with the soothing sounds of birds and stunning nature views. The location is ideal, close to popular tourist attractions such as waterfalls and monasteries. Additionally, the nearby village offers unique experiences like cinnamon peeling, hiking, and birdwatching. The staff were absolutely amazing – very kind and thoughtful. They even arranged a separate breakfast for our baby without us having to ask, and offered to carry him while we enjoyed our meal. Truly kid-friendly staff who made us feel so comfortable. The service was excellent, the ambiance was superb, and everything was well taken care of. A perfect family-friendly stay that we would highly recommend!

Beautiful property for those who want to relax and chill away from the busy city .they do provide free drop to hikkaduwa. The beach near is almost a private beach and very good. The whole house is very beautiful, good pool and surroundings . In house restaurant serves good food and they cater to all our requirements. The staff here is also very cooperative and helpful . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Ocean Front Villa in the Suite Room was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable, right opposite the ocean, offering breathtaking views throughout the day. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured a luxurious bathtub that added to the comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible caretaker, Rose. He is one of the kindest and most reliable hosts we’ve ever encountered. Rose was always available, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, from arranging services to offering local tips. His warm and friendly personality made us feel at home, and his dedication to making our stay perfect was truly remarkable. The in-house cook deserves a special mention as well—the food and coffee were absolutely delicious, some of the best we’ve had. Every meal was fresh and flavorful, adding to the overall experience. This property perfectly balances affordability with a semi-luxurious vibe, making it a fantastic choice for travelers. YOU MUST STAY HERE...The family that own this homestay couldn't have been more welcoming from the start to the end of our stay. Upon arrival we were handed a cold refreshing drink while the rottweiler introduced himself. Ive been travelling 6 weeks in Asia now and quite frankly this gentle giant made me feel at home very quickly. The daughter helping with my travelling plug issue and connecting me to WiFi, she was simply keen to please in any way. The family's English was amazing and probably the best ive experienced in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was delicious with a huge bowl of fruit followed by eggs,tomatoes and some thick tiger bread with butter and jam. Jug of coffee much welcomed. If I needed something I felt like it was never too much trouble. Location is so close to the beach but feels like the jungle from my room balcony. Within 5min walking distance you have a pub with roof top ideal for watching sunsets called Beauty Coral Bar. A restaurant within the homestay so you dont even need to leave to get food. Another restaurant 5mins up the road called Simple Restaurant if you fancy a change. Clean spacious rooms with good air con,ceiling fan and I love the shower and toilet also very clean and spacious. The whole place from the restaurant to my room,the family and Location I LOVED IT SO much I had to stay another night. So from England Kent to Sunnys Homestay I send you my thanks and my love for everything you did for me.

Best decision to stay at Hidden Villa during our time in Hikkaduwa. A few mins scooter away from the Main Street tucked away in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Very comfortable room, great wifi connection, spacious kitchen, dining and living to relax and comfortable facilities. The highlight was coming home to the pool. We felt very lucky to stay - the place is well cared for!
