Reihan and Claire took exceptional care of us from the get-go till the farewell. The property just screams privacy and luxury and so does the mentality of their staff. Reihan greeted us personally and also led the two safaris in his capacity as the head ranger. Could not recommend it more to anyone who hasn't experienced it. Block 5 in terms of the area for our safari felt kinda small in a good sense and we spotted a wide range of wildlife from crocodiles and elephants to leopards, mongooses, land monitors and birds. The food was delicious and rest assured there was plenty of it. Since we signed up for the all-inclusive package, we were pampered 24/7. The three-course meals were both absolutely yummy and generously sized. The cocktail were as delicious as potent. Unfortunately, we had only booked one night, but we'll sign up for 2 or 3 nights when we come back to appreciate the experience even more.

Room was spacious, well lit and clean. Staff was super helpful. A hotel about 100m away is available for food.

The staff were very helpful & always happy to fullfill our needs and requests.Malintha was very welcoming & always made sure we were comfortable & happy. Nilmini, Pradeep & the rest of the staff always made us feel at home. The food was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. Pradeep made special Sri lankan breakfast for us. The service was exceptional & 5 star rating. Credit to Malintha for managing the hotel to the standard it is providing it's guests. I'll recommend Kynrock hotel to anyone who wants a 5 star experience down south. A beautiful & memorable stay for my family. Will go back next time without a doubt.

I had the pleasure of staying at Farm Villa Resort in Katharagama for two nights, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish! 🌿 From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. Special mention to the front office team – truly a gem in hospitality! The room was spacious, the bathroom was very big, and the overall comfort . The clean and inviting swimming pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the serene atmosphere. What makes Farm Villa Resort truly special is its beautiful location surrounded by nature. The resort is set amidst lush paddy fields, and there's a charming little lake flowing through the property, creating a peaceful, scenic environment ideal for rest and reflection. I enjoyed walking through the paddy fields, listening to the birds in the mornings, and even got to pick fresh fruits from the garden! 🍌🌾 It's also conveniently located – just a short walk to the sacred Kirivehera and Katharagama Dewalaya, making it perfect for both pilgrims and nature lovers.One of the biggest highlights was the full-day Yala Safari arranged by the hotel – an absolutely amazing adventure! 🐘🦁 We saw incredible wildlife, and everything was perfectly organized with a knowledgeable guide.The food was another standout. The traditional Sri Lankan dinner was flavorful and authentic, clearly made with care and love. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, and every meal was beautifully presented. The location is convenient, being very close to the Kataragama temple, which made it easy to attend early morning and evening poojas without the need for transport.

The breadth taking view of the lake seen through the lobby. The rooms were very clean, Specially I was surprised with the Bathroom cleanliness, I gained trust when the commodes were ribbon sealed after cleaning and sterilization.

their food is excellent. I felt like I was enjoying my grandmas diecious home made food after along time. We are so thankful for making us feel at home. we were able to relax and truly we ate like nothing the food was so comforting, their chef is an asset to the hotel.
