We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Crown Hotel in Ampitiya and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the General Manager and his team. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests - truly commendable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views and immaculate facilities, but it was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the General Manager that truly made my stay memorable. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service is a true asset to the hotel. The staff was caring and really listened. The showers were warm, and the view was perfect.we liked the fact that it was 2km away from downtown Kandy. The sri lankan breakfast was good as well. The pool looked good, but we didn't try it.
