This was a phenomenal stay. The decor in the rooms and common areas were beautiful, the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept on and THE SHEETS! This was luxury for such a great price. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very good coffee too. I didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was just perfect!! We stayed in Kandy during the heavy rains 11/25 for 4 days and the hotel staff - although the had to work non-stop - took such good care of us. It’s just incredible how they kept things working (not only electricity, hot water supply, but also exceptional service at any time). It was a national tragedy but this hotel was the best place we could have wished to stay. We can totally recommend this luxury und outstanding accommodation!!

This hotel has many things that are to be recommended. Excellent staff who are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. In particular, Pradeep who is exceptionally good, has wonderful customer service and is hardworking. He is very knowledgable too and his recommendations are great!! The rooms are immaculate, spacious, modern, tastefully designed and decorated. The view from our room was breathtaking and spectacular. We look forward to visiting this wonderful hotel. It's worth the trip !!

You are not just a guest here - you are a part of family. Me and my fiancee planned to spend 2 nights here, but she got sick and we spent 3 more. Owners and employees of the hotel were really caring. They kept bringing her special meals, water, asking how is she. They refused tips for their extra effort. They were available around-the-clock. They even visited us in a hospital. Hotel itself was great: - 10 minutes walking distance to city centre (uphill, but there is no problem catching a tuktuk up or down). Hotel surroundings are really calm. - beautiful view from 1st floor balcony and restaurant. If you wake up early, you can expect beautiful sunrise. - everything is really clean and in good condition, atmosphere of this place (decorations, colors) is really unique - working AC and fan - comfortable bed Breakfast: - traditional Sri Lankan breakfast - fruits, bread, jam, pancakes, yoghurt, fresh smoothie, hot beverages, egg - I liked that each breakfast you can choose how your egg is done - omlette, boiled, scrumbled, fried. I recommend scrambled eggs! Do not hesistate booking!

This hotel has many things that are to be recommended. Excellent staff who are professional, courteous and extremely helpful.
