The view onto the river is unbeatable and the apartment offers all equipment needed. The place was really clean and the surrounding is calm and relaxing. Also the communication with the host was always friendly and the owners were really helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a calm place to stay, but still close enough to explore Kandy.

Everything was amazing. We stayed in the suite, it was so beautiful, huge room and terrace with amazing views! The pictures don’t do justice to this place, it is way more beautiful. Our kids stayed in a normal room, it was small but comfortable and clean. The staff is simply wonderful, always ready do help and always kind and happy. The food was really, really good.

The beauty of the house exceeded all our expectations! Every single detail is well thought out and perfectly placed. It feels like you never want to leave—you just want to stay forever. The staff is incredibly professional, and the breakfast is outstanding, on par with five-star hotels in Paris. The only thing I’m sad about is that we had only two days there. Really nice and modern room / bathroom. Comfortable bed and all the stuff provided that you need for your daily cleaning / bathroom. Abele equipped kitchen to use. Providing of free drinking water, tea and coffee. The family and staff there is very nice and helpful. I could also use the washing machine for free. Laundry that I hanged in the garden was with the sun was dry after a few minutes :)

Serenity Villa is amazing. The people will do anything they can to help, despite the language barrier. They were so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and happy. They even helped to arrange a private Ayurvedic massage for my wife and I last the house. The property is nicely laid out, the garden well maintained and the food is fantastic (the owner is an experienced chef who worked in 5-star hotels for 20 years). We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity and if/when we come back to this part of the world, will eagerly stay here again. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing ! It's better than the pictures, honestly. The food is amazing, and the family is so incredibly kind and helpful that it's unbelievable. The pool is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are large and clean and have hot water in the large bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows, and great ac. Honestly, the family and everyone make it even better. Thank you all so much for such a lovely stay!! We were only there for two nights, but I would have stayed longer just to unwind here if I could.
