The air conditioning worked perfectly, we slept wonderfully (loved that we had a duner), and the bathroom had hot water. We only stayed for one night after booking at very short notice due to recent flooding, but we’re so glad we found this place. The host was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, and made us feel at home straight away. Her husband is a fantastic chef and the food was absolutely delicious, easily one of our favourite meals from the trip. The setting itself is beautiful and peaceful, and our only real regret is not having more time to properly enjoy it. A lovely last-minute find that turned into a real highlight! We’d happily return and would definitely recommend to others.

Very clean, staff are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much of an ask. Very close to the airport so perfect for the 1st night or 2 in Sri Lanka or before catching a flight, complimentary airport transfer is so convenient too. Lovely pool, nice food, quiet area.

Wonderfull property. Super friendly staff. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were amazing and beyond expectations. This was the most beautiful place we stayed during our 3 week traveling in Sri Lanka. We wished we could have stayed longer at Hiru Lagoon, but unfortunately the holiday was over.
