This place is true. The beach nearby is... powerful. That's the proper word, probably. Wasn't suitable for swimming when we stayed (very turbulent sea), but was one of the pearls of our trip. Very secluded, feels like edge if the world. Which it is, basically. Just for yourself. Well, maybe also for a few other wanderers who got here) beautiful surroundings, a temple on a cliff close by. Embrace the world. Utterly friendly guys running the place - can't name them "staff", not the proper word

This was an amazing stay. I had breakfast dinner and lunch at some stage over the 3 days and the food was fantastic. They also arranged a tuk tuk to take me to RED Restaurant Tissamaharama on my last evening after a nice swim in the pool that afternoon. I also slept very well here and the room amenities were great. Such lovely people working there too. Thank you for a great stay!

A great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay and would definitely recommend. Large comfortable room close to the pool, with restaurant and plenty of cold beer. We were very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Anyone looking for a visit to the National Park should consider staying at Tringa and booking the tour with them as they will make sure you have a great experience.

The family were lovely and so welcoming. We appreciate the small extra things that our host did for us The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was an outdoor verandah area as well Our meals were generous, tasty and well priced. It is close to beaches and the village centre. Local bus stand is about 300 metres away. This is a great place just to chill for a few days. Highly recommended

There is only one room, so you get all the attention from the host. He is a super friendly guy, who fulfills all your wishes. Breakfast and dinner are amazing and more than you can eat 😋 The beach is just a few steps away. It's absolutely beautiful and pieceful. We had a great time there. We do highly recommend this quiet place. And we also recommend going on Safari to Yala with the host's friend.

The staff was very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was delicious. Chaminda was very helpful. We arranged the yala safari via the hotel. The driver Roshan was very good. I recommend the safari to arrange via the hotel. We did evening and next day morning safari. We saw a leopard very close. It was a great experience. The yala entrance is around 20 minutes away by a jeep.

The place is right in front of Kirinda beach, with direct access. This is the best aspect of the place, and we really enjoyed staying to close to the sea. The room was clean and the staff very kind.
