A beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and stunning sea views. You’re right on the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — nothing is ever too much for them. The owner’s son even personally took me to the hospital. Always smiling, such a warm and welcoming place. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant also serves delicious food. It’s only a 4-minute drive from Hiriketiya.

Amazing location, breakfast was beautiful and customised. Spotlessly clean in general and the staff could not possibly do more to accommodate us. They also went above and beyond to help us book our experiences outside of the hotel

I absolutely loved everything. The Yard is such a beautiful little gem in Hiriketiya. So stylish and nicely decorated. The room I stayed it had lovely evening light and I enjoyed the vibe in the house. The staff were so friendly and easy going. (Loved the real Ceylon Ice tea as a welcome drink) So flavourful ;-) Would totally recommend it. Ah, and there´s a little turtle in the garden. Too cute.

Very nice hotel next to the sea with friendly and helpful European owners. Definitely the hotel with the highest standard during our Sri Lanka trip! The view is beautiful and the pool with the sun beds is perfect to relax!

Manè is warm and very kind host. She made me feel at home, indeed!! The room was very bright clean and spacious, the service over the top! Beside of it, a very nice balcony with a sitting chilling area with sea view. Breakfast very high quality, homemade and big quantity and variety. Location is right in front of the beach and close to everything you might need.. Definitely my favourite place so far. I d have had more time to hang around just cause i felt so welcome and relaxed. At evening was alwas a pleasure to be back in my room and feeling so confortable. Such a nice sleeping everytime. Manè s son dropped me at the bus station and has very kind as well. Seriously i hope to be back and spend more time in this place, where i felt at home. Thank you Manè!!!!
