Everything It exceeded all our expectations the room was so cool. This place has only been open 7 months and he has plans to build self contained units above the current property. With only 3 rooms and a 6 bed apartment it's a lovely cozy place. It's very remote and so peaceful.

We had a very good experience during our one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, accommodating all our needs, especially with food. All the staff members were helpful and attentive. There is also a bakery next to the hotel that sells delicious cakes — definitely worth a visit! The staff at Boo Kirinda (especially the manager & the helper) went above and beyond to make sure me and my partners stay was excellent. We had a very early morning bus to catch out of Badulla and the Manager and the chef woke up early to pack us breakfast and see us out. They also helped with booking a tuk tuk driver who was excellent (helped us find the correct bus). While the facilities were clean and the view of the river and the train passing was lovely, the highlight was the staff.

Perfect place for a quite relaxed nature getaway. The host and his family are super nice and welcoming. He showed us around some beautifull places around the village. The place is full of a wide variety of birds . The food was some amazing home cooked local srilankan cuisine. Perfect place relatively untouched by mass tourism.
