We had early flight back home so stayed here for a night. It was perfect, we got beer as welcome drink and water. There was free drop to the airport. Owner was very friendly. We had free afternoon so he arranged tuktuck for us to Negombo, we went to a massage and then to the beach.

Perfect if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable spot when you arrive in Sri Lanka or before leaving and heading to the airport. I wanted to enjoy my last day in the country relaxing by the pool, running some errands and a short ride to the airport (30min by tuk tuk), Hotel Riverrina is perfect for that ! The owner is the sweetest and will do absolutely everything he can to make your stay as smooth as possible. The room is big, stylish and clean. The garden and pool very nice as well ! The location is a bit out of the main road and hustle of Negombo, in a suburban neighborhood, which was perfect for me !

From the very first moment, we felt welcomed. We arrived to a fresh watermelon juice, the perfect start after the drive and were even able to check in earlier than expected. And honestly, even if early check-in isn’t possible, relaxing by the pool or in the dining area is so comfortable that waiting actually feels like part of the vacation. Breakfast here is simply on another level. coconut pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs prepared, and another fresh juice to top it all off. Everything tastes amazing and you can feel the love and care that goes into it. The bungalows are brand new, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Everything works perfectly, the shower is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel at home right away. And if you ever need something, someone is always around to help. Quickly, warmly, and with a smile. There is always a solution. What truly makes this place special, though, is the people. Whether it’s arranging a mangrove tour, organizing a city visit, or setting up the airport shuttle, they take care of everything effortlessly. But above all, it’s their genuine friendliness and kindness that make you feel like you’re staying with friends rather than in a hotel. We didn’t just feel comfortable here. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Actually it was a nice and clean room. All are there as mention a description and room was very comfortable. It has a cool and peaceful environment. So we can enjoy much.. Not too much distance to Negombo beach.. Breakfast is delicious and totally worth for money and I am highly recommed this place who looking forward to booking a room..

The stay at Kirindi Paddy Isle was truly wonderful. The place is set on a quiet paddy island surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature all around. It felt so peaceful, just what we needed to relax and rest before our departure. The location is great, its only about 10 minutes from the airport, yet it feels like a world away from the noise. The food was so flavorful, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. The rooms and villa were spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and left feeling calm and refreshed. Highly recommend Kirindi Paddy Isle to anyone who wants to unwind, enjoy nature, and experience true Sri Lankan hospitality.
