The best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka! The people were amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the food was even better. We also did a hiking tour with the hotel’s guide, which was an incredible experience. We highly recommend staying for at least two days — it takes about two hours to drive up the mountain, and you’ll want a full day to explore the beautiful surroundings. Please go ahead and book — it’s absolutely wonderful!

Amazing little paradise. Very nice and helpful staff and the best place to have a few relaxing days. You habe to be mindful of the fact that it is quite a way to Kandy city center, but we loved the fact that after a day in and around the hectic city we could return to a refreshing and peaceful retreat.

The location is simply amazing with a stunning view on a lake and mountains. Small team extremely dedicated to make your stay a pleasant one. Kudos to Thiloka for her patience and always smiling. Great breakfast and food, the best we had in Sri Lanka. Definitely a place we will remember.

Recently visited, had the most amazing unique experience. One of the best Villa I have visited. food is amazing, however the variety is less. The rooms are comfortable and provide all necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and service is really good. We received a very warm welcome when arriving late in the evening. The hosts arranged a family dinner so we could relax which was delicious . I got sick before my group arrived and they offered to drive me to a doctor. The homestay is immaculate. Very clean, hot showers, comfortable beds and cool AC. Thank you for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay, next time we stay a bit longer to enjoy all the fancy facilities of the property. Chaminda is a really lovely host, his communication is fantastic, sent lots of information before we checked in and was always on hand with help and recommendations from the moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, even helped organize taxis and restaurant recommendations before we even arrived in Kandy, we could not ask for more from a host. The villa is beautiful, with a green garden area with an open terrace and lounge. Among the facilities at this property are fully equipped kitchen facilities and guests can enjoy their own cooking free Wi-Fi throughout the property. If you are in Kandy and want a peaceful out of town stay, this villa is for you 👌

The man running the hotel is very nice, the food is good (and a lot) and the hotel is in a very nice location. From the inside the hotel looks a bit older, but that's fair for the price you pay.
