Great brand new hotel with spacious rooms and a nice pool to cool down after climbing up the rocks. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, they gave us advice on where to eat/drink and arranged transportation at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is excellent, you cannot eat it all. We were served fruits and freshly squeezed fruit juice, then omelette and next pancakes/local specialty halaba. Also, if you go up the road leading to the hotel you’ll see the fields and a nice lake, perfect location when you’d like to get a break from the tourist crowds

This was a wonderful stay with an even more wonderful family. They make some amazing food! The treehouse is on their garden (but quite private at the back sheltered by trees) and looks amazing. There are peacocks and monkeys running around the garden (or close to it) which felt like a Safari on its own (they stay a good distance away so it feels safe too). They have a cute puppy on premises who likes to play. The location is super close to the centre via Tuk tuk & the treehouse is very comfortable to stay in.

How peaceful and quiet the place was, surrounded by nature. Everyone who was working was really friendly and even with the location being a bit out the way was no trouble getting any help in ordering transportation. Breakfast was good and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

This is great accommodation with the best pool during our trip in Sri Lanka. it’s large and well maintained., with a beautiful garden bordering it. The room was very comfortable with a fridge and very reasonable mini bar. The owner was extremely helpful and provided information about the local area. Breakfast was a highlight with the fruit and porridge outstanding. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was freshly cooked and delicious! We spent x 2 nights here to see Sigiriya Lion Rock, Pidurangala Rock and Dambulla Caves. It’s a great base and only 20 minutes walk from the Lion Rock so can easily go at sunrise or sunset.
