We got everything that we were expecting, good price for a room, very kind and helpful owner, she prepared takeaway breakfast at 5:30am because we had a train at 6am :) beautiful tea plantations all around. Thank you for having us!

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay great. We were offered laundry, multiple room cleans and we accidentally left some items at the hotel and they drove to Kandy to return them to us. The beds are very comfy with soft sheets. The room very spacious. We had no issues with hot water.

Cottage San Francesco is a place that you can't miss in Nuwara Elyia! We loved the place, location and room it was very clean, moreover the host gave us a better a room with a wonderful view without adding any cost, where we enjoyed a breath breaking sunset! The breakfast was so delicious while enjoying a beautiful view on the hills, honestly the best food we had in sri lanka! Services as tuk tuk or driver are provided easily from the host. The tuk tuk guy helped us discovering hills tea factory and he was also very nice to go around with a local one! This is the perfect place where spend some nights to take a rest and relax! Don't miss this place!!

The space was simple, brand new, cozy, and beautifully designed, it felt very cozy from the moment we arrived. The food from the in-house restaurant was incredible, full of flavour and made with so much care. What truly stood out was how warmly we were welcomed. Our immediate family had planned this trip after such a long time apart, and Croft Cottage gave us the perfect setting to reconnect.
