My bungalow was spotless and very comfortable. The aircon and WiFi were great. The food in the restaurant was really good and all cooked fresh to order. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Kalpitiya!

Loved the location, massive room with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We wake up to the sound of the wild birds and ocean waves bashing on the beach. Good facilities with a big room and extra big bed. Lovely Sunset a around 530 - 6pm Great location for kite surfing, excellent food and super friendly staff, lovely pool, we'll be back soon with our friends. Location is great though its not at the edge of the water but few steps back. The crue is professional and making sure your needs are take care of. Food is absolutely on next level. When I needed a ride to Kalpitiya city, Kalpitiya Lagoon or just a ride to a near by the ATM, I jumped on the back seat of the scooter. Any request wasn't too much for the Scoop Cabana crue. Price wise, it is a great place value per money and I have stayed there for a full month

I stayed at this kite resort for two weeks and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family, and by the end of the trip, I truly felt like I’d been adopted into theirs. There’s a warm, down to earth atmosphere here that’s hard to find elsewhere, and it makes the experience so much more than just a kitesurfing holiday. The hotel has a cozy, family run vibe with amazing food and drinks. The kitchen is run by the Italian Roberto, who prepares a delicious mix of local and Italian dishes that make every meal something to look forward to. If you’re planning a stay, make sure you’re there on a Saturday. Pizza night is legendary. It’s not just a meal, it’s an event. The whole crew gathers, the wood fired oven gets going, and the laughs and pizzas don’t stop. On the beach, the team’s expertise is next level. They’re attentive, experienced, and genuinely passionate about helping you improve. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing into advanced tricks, they meet you where you are. Over my two week stay, they helped me elevate my kite skills more than I thought possible. Whether you’re coming solo, as a couple, or with friends, this place offers the perfect balance of progression, connection, and local charm. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a very good 4 night stay here, The staff are very kind and cannot do enough for you. The villas are well laid out and really clean, The front garden is a lovely place to lay back and relax with a nice sofa and a hammock. The pool is nice and a lovely place to sunbathe with sunbeds out in the sun and in the shade so you can escape the sun. The food was very good. Overall a very nice experience, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Kalpitiya.
