Went for a quick transit stay to spend the night. They even arranged the pick-up from the railway station which was very convenient given the time we arrived. From the welcome drink that was served even at late at night to the dinner served before checking out was all exceptional. The staff was very professional respectful. They humbly attended our requests The food and the serving was top-notch The location is easy to reach and the hotel premise has a lovely landscape with a pool Will visit again. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to travel to Minneriya / Hingurakgoda.

A room with a view of the lush garden and a peaceful terrace right in the tranquility of Pollonaruwa. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The host was exceptionally helpful, arranging guides for both an elephant safari and a tour of the wonders of the old town temples (both highly recommended); I had some money issues but he was very patient in helping to resolve them.

The hotel is the best located in the city, just on the lake perfect for mature lovers who will see plenty of birds and maybe some elephants if you are lucky. The hotel manager is extremely nice and ready to help you for anything you may need. Nice room directly on the lake and breakfast
