The staff were extremely helpful, and always extremely friendly. The price was extremely good for the quality of the hotel. The hotel is just outside of Candy, and not too far away from some amazing hill tea plantations. We rented a car with a driver, which was a very good value and I would certainly recommend.

The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. One of the absolute highlights was the Seafood BBQ dinner. The freshness, preparation, and flavour of every dish was simply superb. Mount Havana is a rare gem — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and run by people who genuinely care about your comfort. We stayed at Thuruliya Hotel for one night and loved it. The hotel has incredible views, and we enjoyed seeing the waterfalls and tea fields on the way from Nanu Oya station. The staff were very kind, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes.

I loved the view and the pool. The service was impeccable with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a welcome drink and when arranging dinner they suggested to have it on our balcony and carried a wooden table up a flight of stairs. We placed our food order with Jehan over whatsapp and anything we needed he responded promptly. Breakfast was amazing. We shared the Sri Lankana and Westerm Breakfast. It was all super tasty and the chicken curry has to be the best we've had in three weeks. Rooms were spacious and clean with a kettle, balcony and a fan and the shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. I highly recommend this place and the staff.
