The room exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and tend to all your needs. Dinner on arrival is plentiful and the safari is very well arranged with breakfast. We definitely recommend this stay of you want to do a safari in Wilpattu.

The room was very clean, cozy and with AC. The workers are very warm and helpful. They prepare home-made food which is amazing. Also we arranged with them a safari which we had to cancel because of sickness and they helped us in everything without any charge.

The safari with the guide that was very experienced, a 10/10 experience. The warm hospitality from the host and his wife. they were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised! This has been our best stay in Sri Lanka thus far. We hesitated at first due to the lack of reviews, but honestly, it's a diamond in the rough. Tucked into an idyllic natural setting (but keeping the many accommodations around it our of sight), the style reminds me of high-scale scandi / northern European architecture and everything is made with such good taste and kept so clean that it is hard to believe that you're coming from a dirt road. We stayed in the double bedroom upstairs, which features a beautiful wooden bedhead, great AC and ceiling fan, and the shower - the best one I've seen in my life. It's massive, open to the sky, sleek design and you can even see the view of the field ahead. Me and my boyfriend are working remotely and need speedy and stable wifi; this place has 2 routers (1:2 router-to-room ratio!) and the one upstairs worked flawlessly, even through videocalls on two laptops. Rushan, the owner, made everything easy for us - booked us a safari in Wilpattu park, prepared us breakfast to go, and booked us the driver upon check-out. A true master!

LLT Wilpattu is a beautiful place to stay, set in the middle of a lovely garden full of birds – a peaceful and natural environment. The food was excellent, and the service was always warm and welcoming. The owner arranged a fantastic safari for us and even purchased the tickets online in advance, which saved us from waiting in a long queue at the park entrance (around 45 minutes). A special thanks goes to Raju, whose ever-present smile made our stay even more enjoyable.
