The entire place was idyllic. Just off away from the hustle and bustle. The setting is in paddy fields down a dirt track. So, so cool! The manager on sight was extremely helpful and got us a tuktuk and drove with his bike down the track as our car couldn't make it and got us cold fresh juice on arrival. The owner was very helpful via WhatsApp. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Thank you to the team.

It's a wonderful place with a warmly welcome; you feel very welcome but still you can keep your privacy as they know how to handle tourists. The owner is a very intelligent man with a lot of knowledge, and he speaks english very wwll so you can have very good conversations. We totally liked our stay.

Stunning location! Properly isolated and very peaceful. The room is big and spacious with a superb view of the lake and mountains. We had an amazing time here and got to relax and unwind with the family. The caretaker also really went out of his way to look after us. We also got the chance to go to Udawalawe national park and see elephants. Overall the trip was perfect especially at that price! I wish we could have stayed for more days but we have made plans to come again for a longer stay. A hidden Jewel!

It’s the wonderful staff who made our stay here so great. We had wonderful home made meals and went on amazing full day safari. The accomodation is rustic but totally functional and is within the casa resort. Thanks for a great stay.

My favourite stay in Sri Lanka. Sachi and Hansi were amazing hosts who always went the extra mile. The property is a beautiful, peaceful oasis in Udawalawa and the pool is great. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious!

It was a pleasure to stay at Leel's Safari Cottage! Leel, Nameli and Leel's Mother are such heartful persons, we had a lot of fun together! The rooms are very new and have a nice view to the garden which is wunderful! Make the Safari Tour with Lee, he has very good knowledge, and gives his best to give you the most special experience. He showed us so many animals! Also the food his mother and wife are cooking is very delicious! His taxi driver sameera is also great.We highly recommend this place, and hope we come back soon!
