⭐ (10/10) Fetnale Retreat was simply unforgettable. Set in the mountains and jungle, it had the most breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The service was the best we have ever experienced in any hotel, the food was exceptional, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. The green Castle has one of the most beautiful views in the world and by far the best we saw in Sri Lanka. It is small family run business to a very high standards. Unfortunately we only had one night at the hotel. We were treated to the most amazing dinner which were superb. The food kept coming and to be honest we didn't do it justice. The room was amazing and beautiful decorated out. Breakfast was again equally delicious as dinner with more than enough food to feed and army. Greetings to the hotel was and experience - our guide was unsure our vehicle would manage the terrain so he contacted the hotel and Randika met us to ensure we were okay. I strongly recommended if you visit Sri Lanka and in the kandy area make a point of staying at this hotel - You won't be disappointed

Serenity Villa Digana was an absolutely breathtaking place. If you are looking for a calm and quiet retreat, this is the ideal destination for your vacation. It was a fabulous experience. The villa is situated in a nice, quiet location near Victoria Reservoir. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs at every step. The room was well-maintained, with all amenities available, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. I wish I could have extended my stay for a few more days. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure

What a villa. Just woow..it was full of experience here. I was not expecting a high quality service from here. The experience i had here is unbelievable. The rooms were very clean calm and quiet. What a wonderful stay we had in this place!!! They view is sooo stunning!!! One thing that also really impressed us is the food! One of the best we tried so far and dreaming about having some again! Staff is really sweet and helpful! I would really recommend this to anyone looking for an escape! Really recommend to get a scooter for rent so you can get to Kandy.
