From the moment I confirmed the booking, the owner was in constant contact with me, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. When he found out that his usual taxi driver wasn’t available on the day of arrival, he personally went to the airport to pick up my manager. This level of care and commitment is rare to find and made all the difference in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the accommodation itself is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy both business and relaxation. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for its comfort but especially for the incredible service provided by the owner. Despite some misunderstandings caused by credit card charges through the bank, the hotel manager, Mr. Kariyawasam remained professional and kind in handling the situation. The staff were also very friendly, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, if I were to recommend a place to stay in the area, Viluxey City Hotel would undoubtedly be my top choice.

We booked the standard double room but we got upgranded upon our arrival. The size of the room was enormous, excellent cleaning conditions both the room and the bathroom. The mattress and the pillows were in very good condition, with fresh soft high quality bedsheets, the staff was helpful, warm and very hospitable! The location is in a nice district with many options around in terms of food, transport, shopping. We had our own balcony and we got served coffee in the room without any additional charge! After 2 months travelling in India, our stay in Silvikris Villa was the best welcome of Sri Lanka! The small details of the interior decoration, the facilities and the space management of the Villa made it one of our favourite accommodations that we ever stayed! We might spend another night in Colombo and definetely that would be in Silvikris Villa!!

Very friendly. Everything as described. The staff is cool and super helpful. This place is a hidden gem in a very busy downtown area. At least 50 shops, restaurants within 5minutes walk distance. The Hotel is still hidden from the streets, quiet and calming. We had a very good time. Will definitely visit again.
