Once you enter the property is like stepping back in time, where modernity mixes with history in a very relaxing atmosphere, the staff is young and willing to go above and beyond of your expectation, nothing is impossible, a smile is guaranteed, bed are comfortable and rooms are super well equipped and really chic, food is very good and we cannot wait to come back good job guys!!! Wow! The view from the lobby and the room was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to charge our phones while we waited to check in early due to a sick kid. They also arranged a car for us to the train station.

Omg what an absolute gem, our favourite accommodation of the whole trip, we had a balcony view of the street so we could see the elephants walking by to go to the river, the room was amazing, big comfy bed, good air con, massive bathroom and it was so spacious. Didn't try the food but you can dine on a balcony overlooking the street also. Staff are really nice as well, there were some young lads working there this week they helped us with our bags and directions to our next destination, can't remember there names but they are a credit to the business

Super clean, spacious room! The value for money is amazing here. Really close to the elephant freedom project which we visited! Staff were so friendly and helpful! I would reccomend staying here in your visiting Pinnalanda.

Very magical place to stay! In the morning around 10am elephants come to the river! You can see them from balcony or your room! Elephants were happy and playful! We enjoyed this experience a lot! Staff were friendly as well!
