you get much more than you expect in this accommodation! Amazing breakfast, big pool with beautiful view, room with air conditioning and mosquito net. You will get the greatest love from the staff, we have never experienced such an attitude anywhere else. They are happy to help you with everything and always have a smile on their face. If we were to stay again near Kandy, I would never choose any other accommodation than Kandy Bird Villas. The main thanks go to the nice young man Vihan Thenuka, who made our stay very pleasant! ❤️

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The architecture is such a nice implementation of tropical brutalism and the beautiful property is almost just a backdrop for the jungle location and lovely service. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, chef Sarath’s long experience comes through in his amazing food, and the location is outside the range of traffic of central Kandy. Meal packages are definitely worth the extra; great portions and options (Sri Lankan v.s western) and each meal is unique. We availed a whole Kandy itinerary in favor of enjoying Paradise Itzu and its surrounding area for longer. Also were lucky to have our stay coincide with the owner Krishan being there. He helped us navigate the area and taught us how to play Carrom, even though we still suck lol (+ had the nicest bathrooms we saw during our whole stay in Sri Lanka.)

Clean, spacious house and pool terrace, in a quiet area, not too far from the green university campus and Peradeniya Botanical Garden. Very good and large Breakfast and Dinner as to my wishes. Manager Siran was courteous in any way and especially made lots of phonecalls to fullfill my wish for a train ticket despite trains were booked out for the next weeks.
