The owner drove us to the nearest tuk tuk when we couldn't find one, he even lent us money so we could exchange it in town. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, smiling, and friendly. I had the most wonderful stay at this family beach villa in Sri Lanka. The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the host made me feel truly at home. Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility. It provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we totally totally recommend it 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

We booked this hotel for 2 nights after a very long trip. We wanted something quiet and good for working and chill. Unlike many other places in Sri Lanka, this hotel has great Western standards and facilities. Beware though, the hotel is inside Orion Tower, on floor 19. We had very fluent communication via WhatsApp and had no issues reaching the place. We also booked a taxi with them.

It was good for 1 night stay as we arrived early hours in the morning. The family room was huge with plenty of space for 4 (with one being on the sofa bed with the mattress on the floor). The hotel is a bit dated but clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly. We seem to be the only guests and the manager was kind enough to let us checkout late. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We didn't use the pool or any other facilities.

This is a lovely hotel, very modern with welcoming staff. It is much nicer than your average ‘close to the airport, the hotel. We could have happily stayed several nights. We were late for breakfast and the lovely staff accommodated this without a murmur and gave us fruit, omelette, coffee and toast - perfect. The room was a good size, very nice bathroom and comfy bed. The swimming pool is superb and appeared spotless.

The rooms were so big and super clean. Wake up in the morning with the sound of the waves of the ocean is incredible. The Staff super welcome and available for any need, the responsable was super kind and organised for us also several tours. I really appreciated that, we also taken a dinner in the hotel one night. Everything so good.

Nice accommodation, the rom was big enough, pool in the hotel area was great. You can go directly to the beach. Hotel is about 20 minutes ride from airport. We can have airport transport and early check in so it was very good benefit after long flight.
