Our stay was made truly special by the exceptional hospitality of Enrico, the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, going above and beyond to assist us with arranging transportation and renting a scooter through his great local contacts—all at very reasonable prices. The hotel itself is in an amazing, convenient spot, perfectly situated between Ahangama, Mirissa, and Weligama, with each just about 10 minutes away. The presidential suite was awesome, and it was an absolute pleasure staying at Enrico's hotel. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a personal touch and excellent value in a fantastic location.

The best hotel and staff! So glad we stayed here for two weeks. The hotel is close to restaurants and right with Weligama beach! The hotel really lives up to the pictures and has very cool rooms. Its new and SO clean. U meet the staff and connect with them all. They are so kind and helpful. They have just opened the hotel, cant wait to visit them again. Miss them already :-) really recommend to stay here if you are a little boujee and like it clean and comfy. Thanks to La Dolce Vita for making our vacation so good:-)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding – every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The in-house Elements Café is a real highlight: the coffee was excellent, and the smoothie bowl was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax after a swim. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality, great food, and the perfect beachfront location!

I had an amazing stay here at River Post Co-Working & Co-Living Weligama. The room was very clean, I was able to check in early, they have an AMAZING massage therapist based on site, the location is right beside the river with a great view, and the host Manoj is very welcoming. There is also free parking and an in-house breakfast is available. I would highly recommend this place for an affordable and relaxing visit to Weligama! 😊

Very good location: 5 min to Weligama beach and surf spot, a lot of cafes around but located at quite street. The host Dilipha is very friendly and always helps when you ask. Even cooked for me food when I was sick. She is not good in English, so sometimes we use translator to communicate. But often it don’t needed I’m in love with the shower under the sky. Also kitchen area looking very nice. There you can cook or chill or even work. Everywhere is very clean. They do cleaning of common areas every morning

Mrs Babi is the most amazing host we have ever had!! She will gladly help you with anything!! We‘ve had many bad experiences with hotels in Sri Lanka and this was by far the best! Everything clean and nice! Especially it‘s a quiet oasis in noisy Weligama but still in walking distance to everything, if you don‘t mind short 5-10min walks! If not just rent a scooter next door (2000 LKR a day) from Pelli Riverine super practical! The terrace was also amazing to sit and relax on with the riverview room!

We were there 4 nights during off season.

We were there 4 nights during off season. There is not much to do there in July. Especially with kids. Since the sea was to rough to swim in! Lots of wind and felt a bit like a ghost town to us. Every restaurant we went to we were the only ones! I think 2 nights would have been more than enough

Fortunately the place is not in the city of Wellgama which is bery busy, crowdy and noisy city. We resigned from spending more time in the city after 1h walk trying to find a nice area like caffees/restaurants or local small shops where you can buy some hand made staff etc.

If you want to experience Sri Lanka life, this is the best place to stay. The family (extended) all live around the place and help with the management of the hotel and restaurant. We loved our stay here. We were here for 2 weeks. The breakfast is fantastic! Lots of food and different every day. We had numerous dinners at the restaurant as well.. highly recommend. Beautiful deck on the water with delicious food. It was great to fall asleep with the sound of waves.

This was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. The hotel is right by the beach, fantastic restaurants within walking distance and the room itself is spotless with everything you could want. Chinthaka and his family are ridiculously attentive and lovely. No request was too much and he went out of his way to help us with everything from whale watching to laundry. We stayed for the final leg of our trip for a week and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

A fantastic hotel! What you would expect from a Marriott - a large resort, with good facilities and restaurant options. Our room was fabulous, with amazing views of the sea. Stunning bathroom, with lovely bathtub. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of loungers and a delicious breakfast Buffett too. The hotel is right on the beach where you can surf and great food options nearby - Kai beach club was great!

Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 46 reviews

Breakfast was very good, both Sri Lankan and European foods were served. Room was very clean spacious with a fantastic view of the ocean. The hotel pool where drinks and snacks were available was very relaxing. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel grounds merged down to the beach and the warm ocean.
