This place is amazing.
This place is amazing. We stay with our 3 young kids and the staff were so kind and attentive. All of the small details have been thought of and it’s a wonderful experience in nature. Lovely local Sri Lankan are served for each meal.

It definitely is an experience worth trying.
It definitely is an experience worth trying. The tree house has all the comforts you need but yet kept on the simple side. Don't expect much and you will get a lot.
Nice food Bbq and big fire lit for you in the evening to give you a chance to relax and talk about your day activities.
It was great to be left alone and the silence of the night. There were times you just felt that we were the only ones there and when you needed something the staff would magically appear

too many jeeps roaming around. 50% of the time we were searching for animals. at some occasions long long jams of jeeps trying to observe leopards and bears
the park is beutiful but
* jeeps number should be limited
* we didnt see a leopard, saw elephants only once, saw a bear briefly only once - for 6 hours in the park we were disappointed

We visited Yala for two days (with two separate game drives...
We visited Yala for two days (with two separate game drives - one evening and one morning one) and although we enjoyed the animals we observed, we did not have any sightings of leopards despite being the national park with the highest concentration in the world. But that is nature so we were just unlucky on those days. However, the most disappointing aspect of Yala was the sheer number of vehicles allowed into the park at one time. As soon as elephants or leopards are sighted, drivers communicate among themselves and vehicles all rush to the scene creating a massive traffic jams. This makes it feel very mass market and doesn’t seem very respectful of the wildlife

Terrible time. No wild animals as expected. Roads are all around the jungle which is pretty disturbing to the wild life. After all it is supposed to be a protected zone for wild life. Jeeps are crawling every corner of the territory. Amused to see all of that disturbing scenes in a wild life protected zone. It's like business zone. Poor animals.

I loved Yala.
I loved Yala. The number of different animals seen was slightly disappointing but apparently wash outs due to rain prevented us from accessing some internal roads. The sunrise and scenery were stunning. I would rate it as good value despite the lack of animals. The whole experience was wonderful.

Our room boy Chandruk (sorry spelling no good), and waiter at dinner Danuska were fantastic.
Reception / back room staff were not very good, difficult getting responses to emails, and not very efficient at sorting a room problem. Great location for the Yala safari. Lots of wildlife at the hotel. Very near to the beach. Food was excellent. Pool is large but needs some basic maintenance, tiles fallen off the pool walls. Overall, great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Allure. From the moment we arrived, Ishan and the team really looked after us.
The rooms and hotel in general are absolutely gorgeous. Huge comfy beds, lovely big bathrooms and private little pool areas.
The location is great for visiting Yala National Park. It is really peaceful right by beautiful lake - we saw an amazing sunset from the rooftop one evening.
It's one of the most memorable places we've ever stayed.

Very friendly staff and clean room! We stayed there for one night only as we wanted to visit the Yala National Park before heading to Ella. The hotel is located near to a beach which was quite busy and crowded with locals. There were many small shops/kiosks around the beach shore so do not expect privacy there. The hotel itself was good. The staff helped us with arranging a tour to the Yala National Park and were very helpful all around.

We loved our stay in Wild Culture Yala
Staff were amazing and so helpful , they let us borrow bikes and there are various games on site
Dinner by the pool was lovely and finished with bonfire!
Room was huge with ground terrace overlooking rice fields. Make sure you sit out in the evening to watch fireflies
Hotel arranged Safari with guide - supplied us with water and biscuits and we had lovely breakfast when we returned!
