The accommodation fully met our expectations. The staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful at any hour of the day, always willing to assist. Breakfast was traditional and tasteful, and as a nice gesture, packed breakfasts were prepared for early departures. A more spacious room was offered for stays longer than a day. The terrace was great, and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. Everything was exceptionally clean, including the towels and bed linen provided. The only recommendation would be to consider installing a magnetic door lock and a home intercom system, so the door can be opened remotely upon arrival.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly.
