A very beautiful and clean hotel with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. The staff were truly lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable – especially Bouchra and Lamia, who made everything perfect. The rooms are stylish and cozy, and overall, this hotel is an incredible value – honestly, it feels underpriced for the quality and service you get. I made the mistake of splitting my stay in Marrakech between two hotels, and the difference was night and day. Le Rubis Oriental is easily ten times better than the hotel I switched to – and both were at the same price point. I genuinely regret not staying here the whole time.

We had a long journey from the UK to Morocco. We were so tired until we finally collected our luggages. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in Morocco for our first family trip for 6 days. Omar was our driver for the first half of our holiday. We organised a pick up from the airport to the villa but it was thanks to Loubna, the host, who helped us from this point until the end of our holiday. She was simply fantastic! She was so kind, friendly and helpful! She met us at the Villa and explained everything and made our stay comfortable. She was just a call away and we can't thank her enough for her support. Omar, the driver was just amazing. He worked hard to take us to popular spots to see and eat! Nasir was our second driver. He was so funny and a super cool guy. The cleaners and chefs at the villa did a perfect job feeding us and keeping us clean and safe. The villa was just out of this world! It was like a dream! It was just beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom, lounge area, pool, spa and gym were just perfect. We want to go again and we can't wait! Thank you!

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could need while still providing a peaceful and serene escape. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas—it was clear that a lot of care is taken to maintain the highest standards. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. I was also incredibly impressed by the quality of the food; every meal was a treat, offering delicious and authentic flavors that added to the overall experience. The environment of the property was wonderful, with a beautiful swimming pool that was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, this property exceeded all my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!
