Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite positive. The WiFi was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was definitely appreciated. Having the option to open the window for fresh air is a nice touch, as it adds to the comfort of the room. The breakfast provided was decent. I arrived early in the morning and the hotel provided early check-in, that was extremely important after the long night flight and as I had less than 24 hours before next flight. The hotel personal are so nice and friendly, I liked they responded to every request, shuttle bus to/from the airport is also very comfortable, the room was perfect-big, clean, everything was new, and the heater worked well (as it is sometimes cold in Morocco in winter). I liked the restaurant as well and the spa centre.
