Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The staff was awesome from start to end. I told them i was going to propose to my girlfriend and they didn’t hesitate to upgrade us to a bigger room with a beautiful view. The bed was confortable and the region where the hotel is located is very calm and silent. The hotel is beautifull, we tried their bistro and the energy is awesome. Not to expensive for the gourmet experience that we had. The bread was divinal and the pastas aswell. A big shotout to Marwa in the reception of the Hotel. Allways making sure everything was ok with us and explaining some tourist traps in the city. Thank You all from Le Caspien for making our trip so memorable. We will be back to your beautiful city and to Le Caspien for sure!

Everything was really good, the receptionist, the check in process, the room was big and clean, the pool is big and realy amazing , the price of the food in the pool house was acceptable comparing the prices outside the hotel. Stuff is frindley and helpful. Breakfast is very good and has alot of varieties.

One word - amazing! We arrived late after midnight and Abdel was waiting for us. He carried our bags and quickly checked us in. The location is perfect, very close to the centre but in a well developed and quiet street. We loved it as we didn't want to stay within the noisy streets of Medina. The taxi from here to medina costs 39 dirhams (3 USD /Eur) maximum, day and night. We initially got a room underground (deluxe double) but when I politely asked to change, Wadeed at the reception immediately upgraded us to a suite on the 2nd floor. The rooms are very spacious, clean and look exactly like the pictures. Bathroom was nice and had fresh towels. Running hot water all the time. Some people complain about the water pressure but this is the case everywhere in Morocco as the plumbing in the city are 100 years old, didn't bother us at all. Breakfast area, terrace, lounge chair perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff are amazing - Abdel, Hassan and specially Wadeed, always with a smile and will look after you. Only one thing that bothered us just a little a bit was the sound insulation, you can hear people in the room next to you but again this is very common in the riads. We were just quiet at night so we didn't disturb the neighbours and they were also very respectful and didn't make any noise. If I come back to Marrakesh, I will stay with them in a heartbeat <3
