Everything! The room was clean, bright and very contemporary. Beautiful rooftop with pool and plenty of beds and sun lounges. Bar area was lovely and inviting, a very nice aesthetic for having breakfast, drinks or dinner. A special thanks to Manal who was so friendly and helpful. She arranged a taxi transfer to get me to the airport at no extra cost. The rest of the team a special thanks to Amal, Mohammed and Rachid for being so kind and helpful and making me feel welcome. The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

The most amazing stay in Marrakesh. From before I checked in, I was contacted to see if I needed anything ahead of my stay. I was also able to arrange my delicious dinner which was a godsend after hiking Toubkal and having no desire to go exploring for food! I was greeted when I arrived with mint tea and biscuits. Room was so clean and great shower (well needed after Toubkal!). Lovely breakfast with generous coffee! Lovely roof terrace to relax in before my flight home!
