Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I loved the warm Moroccan tea welcome—it was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, with great hot water pressure and temperature. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. What truly made this stay memorable was the personal touch in the service. The staff were attentive and consistently followed up on my requests, making me feel valued as a guest. This kind of care and attention is rare to find, even in luxury hotels. A special thank you to Shayma and Ibtissam for their friendly and outstanding service! There are a couple of areas for improvement. Although I booked a king/queen bed, I was given two joined twin beds, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, having restaurant services—at least breakfast and room service—would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, and shops, and the staff’s dedication and personal touch truly make it stand out. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is lovely ….decor, comfort, location, very friendly and helpful staff. The top floor has a fabulous deck to lounge, swim, have a cocktail, eat and enjoy the view. The restaurant in the hotel is also very, very good! Loved staying there and highly recommend it.

It was the most beautiful thing in Marrakesh. A literal piece of heaven. Don't even think about staying anywhere else. We would definitely come back. Had a wonderful stay. Hotel recently opened and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Nice concept with all differently designed suites. Relaxing vibes around the pool and hot tub. Delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. Will definitely come back!
