The hotel is well placed for access to and from the airport. The restaurant was very smart and modern with a great outdoor dining area where we had breakfast.. The roof top was an Ideal place to relax by the pool on our last day whilst waiting to go to the airport. The room was very comfortable and modern. The biggest attraction of the hotel was the staff, I had interaction with the restaurant staff who were extremely polite and efficient. The most important and positive experience we had was with the reception staff (Wiam and Yasmina ) who on 2 occasions went to exceptional lengths to help us and resolve a couple of issues, they were absolutely fabulous.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is very new and clean. The breakfast is great and was even brought a coffee by the nice staff after sitting outside on the terrace. Parking spots plentiful available and guarded. Special thanks to siham who kept my room very clean and was very kind and professional.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and well-maintained, with a fantastic view and lovely pool areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and luxurious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly – they truly did their best to make sure we had a great stay and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year's. The hotel was amazing. The decor was impeccable, the rooms were regal and the staff were the most amazing and friendly staff of any hotel we've every stayed with. The restaurants offer an amazing variety of food and the chefs are international class. All in all this was an amazing experience.

Amazing hotel, if you’re looking for a quiet getaway which is also close enough to the beach and central area then this is highly recommended. The staff were really attentive and friendly, stunning views, multiple pools, good breakfast and super clean, modern rooms!
