This All-Inclusive resort was beyond my wildest dreams. My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon right after their grand opening, when the resort was still pretty quiet in terms of guests. Let me preface by saying that all of the negative reviews actually shocked me, because I couldn’t have dreamed of a more PERFECT stay. From the minute we drove up in our taxi to the beautiful building, we were greeted by the kindest staff with the warmest welcome. Everyone was so nice, and spoke English, French and Arabic fluently. Probably other languages too, but those were the ones we heard. There was not one singular staff member who didn’t treat us with the utmost respect, with everyone always smiling, cleaning, and ensuring our stay was perfect. We were offered an upgraded room for our honeymoon, which was more than kind. The room was absolutely stunning, spacious, clean, and had air conditioning that worked perfectly. The WiFi worked great, the shower was EXCEPTIONAL, and the terrace we had overlooking the pool provided the best spot for our morning coffee thanks to the coffee supplied in our room. We were gifted robes and slippers, and a fruit and traditional cookie tray upon arrival to our room. I could go on and on, but let me say a few more things. The housekeeping staff was extremely kind and fast. Our room and the entire property was extremely well kept by everyone working all of the time. The pool was huge, relaxing, and also fun. The mix of tranquility in the morning followed by some upbeat music in the afternoon to keep the good vibes flowing really gave you the exotic getaway feeling. Although we don’t have kids, we saw the staff working with the children in the best way. So kind, attentive, and helpful for the parents who needed to relax. Aimee and Ikram were fantastic and kind young women working with the kids, and were also very kind to me and my husband.

Great stay! I had a seamless check in - I was unwell and they were able to get me into a room immediately. Lovely staff, the kind receptionist even called to check I was ok the following day as I was still unwell. I was able to print my boarding pass and easily arrange for an airport transfer. Comfortable and clean room, very close to the main sook. Would recommend.

My sister and I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff, the food, the location, and room was stunning. The pool was our favorite along with the balcony from our suite. I highly recommended booking at this hotel, we have already told friends who plan to visit to stay here. The hotel staff decorated our room so nice for my sisters birthday and even gave us a bowl of fruit! We can’t wait to come back again!! We also loved the hotel cat!!
