Highly recommend this hotel. Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakesh down town.

Great location, very nice and modern hotel, we absolutely loved the roof top swimming pool. There was enough storage in the room and bathroom and the room was always perfectly cleaned every morning. The staff members were lovely and professional, we appreciated that they were not constantly asking for tips as it is very common in Morocco

The staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for us. A very special thanks to Brahim for his exceptional hospitality and Rabies for his wonderful service in the restaurant. I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Our stay at NearYo Hotels in Marrakech was truly exceptional—one of those rare experiences where you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive. A huge part of what made our visit so memorable was the incredible staff. Hisham, the restaurant manager, was outstanding. He consistently ensured we had a fresh cup of tea on the table, anticipated our needs, and showed a level of thoughtfulness that made every meal feel special. Mohamed Gadir also went above and beyond—he even surprised us with treats from the souks, a gesture we will never forget. Their kindness and dedication perfectly captured the spirit of Moroccan hospitality. The location was another highlight. Situated about 6 km outside the busy tourist areas, the hotel offered a peaceful and authentic escape. It was wonderfully quiet, and thanks to the hotel’s convenient transfer service, getting to and from the medina was effortless. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking—a serene spot with stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. It added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The hotel also generously accommodated our request for a late checkout at no additional cost—another small but meaningful example of how far they go to make guests feel welcome. Every member of the team was kind, courteous, and eager to help. Honestly, we could have stayed another week. NearYo Hotels didn’t just meet our expectations—it exceeded them in every way. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.
