The location is very good ,staff in the reception,&restaurant friendly,helpful, attentive the hotel should focus a little more on the housekeeping part ,the room was not perfectly clean ,behind the shower door was dirty ,the dust also not cleaned ,the spa staff are moody they don’t explain the facilities there is no refreshments or even water offered after the treatment, customer service they should focus on that more ,overall it’s good experience,but with small details it will be amazing .

An unusual hotel with large grounds and facilities including a clean large pool. Reception staff were exceptionally fluent in French and English, and gave us a choice of two excellent rooms. Food was excellent ,served by attentive staff. Breakfast was eaten by the pool and was extensive and tasty. Good secure covered parking.

Loved the hotel, the staff and facilities. The hotel is very child-friendly and welcoming to families. The rooms are well equipped and the bed super comfortable. Food at the restaurant is great too. Thermal centre is beautiful and very well organised!

Mr. Mohamed from the staff was exceptionally kind and provided us with numerous suggestions to enhance our experience during our trip to Moulay Yacoub.
