I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for this accommodation. A refund was not possible, but our host offered us the dates we wanted to stay at no extra charge. He was true to his word! Oukaimeden is a beautiful place. Our host, Rachid, was exceptionally helpful during our short stay. The Gite was basic, but comfortable, and had better WiFi than anywhere we stayed in Morocco this year. Breakfast was good, and Rachid has a small restaurant a few minutes walk away from the Gite where a lovely tagine for dinner is available.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the terrace and window was simply gorgeous, and the accommodation was cozy and authentic. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The food was fantastic, with a delicious three-course dinner featuring soup, a flavorful tajine, and dessert, as well as a tasty breakfast. Youssef was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The owner, Mohamed, truly went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His generosity and honesty were evident from the moment I arrived. Mohamed's warm hospitality made me feel like I was visiting a friend rather than staying at a hotel. Not only was the service impeccable, but Mohamed’s personal attention to every detail really stood out. Great place and awesome dinner and breakfast. The owners are very friendly and make everything to feel you comfortable. I got from Toubkal with a nail injury so was bit difficult to walk and they helped me to carry my backpack. Thank you guys again!

Incredible staff, outstandingly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived very early but our room was ready and both staff members wanted to upgrade us to an upstairs room the following day. We declined as we loved our room so much! We were welcomed with fabulous freshly ground coffee, the best yet! The location is super, a wee walk with our bags but still convenient for access to many walks around. Breakfast was superb, we could not get over the choice, quantity and quality. Tea, coffee and water were freely provided and the rooms also had their own kettle etc. You might need earplugs for the heater/AC, but the heat was much welcomed on the cold nights. Also a wood burner is lit mornings and evenings in the main lounge for guests to sit around. Love the roof terrace.
